Winds of change are blowing in the coming of the new century; entities get along with technological advances. The results are the same:distances shorten and the voyage around the world is possible in a matter of seconds.
Part of these advances are the conquest of the cyber space, Internet, and the electronic mail, all virtually real from a single keyboard and monitor. This web page is the result of outstanding communications strategies and the sport of volleyball in Puerto Rico.
In this way, the Puerto Rican Federation of Volleyball embraces a world eager to grow, having as main bastions solidarity and brotherhood, all this above political, religious, or racial creeds.
