Doctor Mryna Casas came in representation of our Mayor, Honorable Sila M. Calderon and read the proclamation.

The activity was held at the Museum of Art and History in Old San Juan, Sunday, May 2, 1999.

A Spanish dance group lead by Spanish dancer Rosario Galan entertained the public.

Andy Montanez and his group of musicians played their latin and salsa music

Mrs. Irma Sanchez, Mrs. Crucilda Gil de Rubio , Mrs. Elaine Figueroa and Mrs. Ludin Berberena, attended the activity.
